1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RevenueHub SAAS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

RevenueHub SAAS is a comprehensive revenue collection and management platform that enables businesses to:

• Manage revenue streams and billing cycles
• Process payments through multiple channels
• Generate reports and analytics
• Handle customer billing and invoicing
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities
• Report any security vulnerabilities or breaches

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the billing cycle selected:

• Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance
• Annual subscriptions may include discounts
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your data:

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service:

• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance

• Service credits may be provided for extended outages
• We are not liable for third-party service interruptions

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for:

• Third-party service interruptions

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may terminate service for breach of terms
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days
• Outstanding payments remain due upon termination

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi.
